OnTray Template - Download
Pro Tip: Mounting the template on posterboard gives it the rigidity needed to hold its shape when testing the fit on a wheelchair — making it much easier to mark adjustments and get accurate measurements before the tray is built.
Step 1: Print the Template in Black and White Take the OnTray Template PDF to a print shop (FedEx Office, Staples, etc.) and request a large format print at 100% scale — make sure to tell them do not scale to fit. The template should print as one full sheet.
Step 2: Cut Out the Template Once printed, use scissors or a craft knife to carefully cut along the outer edge of the template.
Step 3: Glue to Posterboard Apply glue stick or spray adhesive evenly to the back of the printed template. Align it onto a 22" x 28" posterboard and press down firmly. Let it dry completely.
