Build your OnTray

Four courses, one custom tray. Here's what you're choosing.

Main Course

The shape of your tray — width, depth, and the front curve around your torso. Cut the template to fit, test it before you send it.

Sides

Cutouts for joysticks, mounts, IV poles, or anything else needing clearance. Cut them in the template and we'll match them exactly in acrylic.

Toppings

Bumpers, cup holders, device slots — the extras that make it yours. Draw and label them on the template. We'll build them in.

Dessert

How it attaches. The armrest clamp (tray must be 3" wider than each armrest) or the bar mount for chairs with a mounting bar.

Get the Template

Download and print at a FedEx Office or large-format print shop. Or request a physical copy by mail.

Customize It

Cut your shape, mark cutouts, label toppings, circle your attachment. Messed up? Print another one — that's why it's paper.

Ship It Back / Get Cost

Roll it in a tube or fold it flat. We'll follow up with any questions and give you a cost estimate before cutting anything.

Get Your Tray

Accept the quote, we shoot you and invoice. Then 10 days later, your tray is ready. Denver metro gets hand delivery. Everyone else gets shipping.
